Iraqi Academic Scientific Journals (IASJ) is the new service where all scholarly journals published by the Iraqi universities and research institutions are indexed and discovered. All journals in IASJ are peer-reviewed and open access. IASJ platform is developed and hosted by SemperTool. The service is provided by the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research of Iraq.

From 01-11-2009 until 31-12-2011 SemperTool was responsible for the development and maintenance of the Directory of Open Access Journals DOAJ.
